METAIRIE, La. -- While their pursuit Teddy Bridgewater Womens Jersey of New England Patriots cornerback Malcolm Butler remains in limbo, the New Orleans Saints agreed Tuesday to a one-year contract with Sterling Moore, the veteran cornerback who started 12 games for them last year.
Moore's agent, Andy Simms, confirmed the deal on Twitter. Terms were not disclosed.
The 27-year-old Moore was an excellent fill-in for the Saints after signing in Week 1 last year and earning a full-time job because of injuries at the position. Even if the Saints do wind up trading for Butler, Moore could serve a valuable role as the nickel back alongside Butler and Delvin Breaux.
Moore has played for six different teams since going undrafted in 2011, but he he has been a solid part-time starter in many of his landing spots.
The 5-foot-10, 202-pounder led the Saints in 2016 with 13 passes defensed, and he tied for the team lead with two interceptions while starting 12 games for an injury-riddled secondary.
Moore has six career interceptions and five forced fumbles with the Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2015), Dallas Cowboys (2012-14) and Patriots (2011-2012). He also spent time in training camps with the Oakland Raiders in 2011 and Buffalo Bills in 2016.

Mike Tomlin explained why the Steelers elected to re-sign Landry Jones to be their backup quarterback for the next two seasons.
The team's fourth round pick inJason Witten Authentic Jersey the 2013 NFL Draft, Jones signed a two-year, $4.4 million deal to remain with the Steelers through the 2018 season earlier this month.
"He has continually improved over his four years with us. He's answered the call and really answered the call in an above the line manner," Tomlin said to's Missy Matthews. "He's been given an opportunity to grow and show growth, and that growth has been consistent from our perspective. The opportunity that he had in Week 17 to deliver victory for us was a great experience for him, it was a great information gathering for us.
"We're extremely conformable with the overall trajectory of his career, (and) we're hopeful for what he's able to provide for us moving forward."

Jones, who is 2-2 as Pittsburgh's starting quarterback over the past two seasons, pursued a starting opportunity with other NFL franchises this offseason. But after not getting any opportunities to compete for a starting quarterbackScott Crichton Womens Jersey job on the open market, Jones decided to return to Pittsburgh.
"I wasn't going to be stupid. If there was a place to go play somewhere, I would want to take that chance and give myself that take that opportunity," Jones said shortly after resigning with the Steelers. "It didn't turn out. So once that was over with, I was like, 'Shoot, I'm going go back to Pittsburgh.'
"There wasn't any tough decision about it. I'm very familiar with this place, and I'm just thankful that I have a job and a spot to come back to. It was the best decision for me and my family. For us, if all things were equal, I wasn't going to go anywhere. I wasn't going to leave Pittsburgh. They've treated me so well here, so that's where my mindset was."
After not receiving a single regular season snap during his first two NFL seasons, injuries thrust him Jones action for the first time six games into the 2015 season, in which he responded by throwing a pair of second half touchdown passes to Martavis Bryant in the Steelers' 25-13 victory over a Cardinals team that would eventually reach the NFC title game.
The Steelers saw tangible evidence in Jones' growthhttp://www.authenticnflraidersshop....ayers-sean-smith-jersey-c-2_47.html during the 2016 season. He threw four touchdowns against two interceptions in 2016 after throwing three touchdowns and five picks in 2015. He also completed 61.6 percent of his passes last season after completing just 58.2 percent of his throws during the 2015 season. He threw for 281 yards with a touchdown and an interception against the Patriots in Week 7, and he engineered a comeback victory over the Browns in Week 17 that ended with a game-winning touchdown pass to Cobi Hamilton in overtime.
Despite some of the criticism from the outside, Jones is excited to be back in Pittsburgh, where he will look to continue to backup Ben Roethlisberger for the foreseeable future.
"It's just a huge weight off of my shoulders, for sure," he said. "It was constantly in the back of my mind the whole time after the Patriots game. Just to have it done is a huge weight off my shoulders.
"The Rooney's treat you great. All of the coaches treat you great. It's just a great chance to be."

South Carolina is in the Final Four, which is surprising to me -- mainly because I thought they cancelled men's basketball.
Or something like that.
Seriously, though: I picked against SouthHoodie Womens Jersey Carolina in every single round, starting against Marquette. Beat Duke? Never crossed my mind. After all, prior to this magical month, the program hadn't won an NCAA tournament game since 1973. This is just their second tourney appearance since 1998. I had ample reason to doubt.
Now, I'm obsessed.
The Gamecocks play terrific defense and turn it into buckets. The offense has been on fire. Frank Martin is a fantastic, hard-nosed coach and the team takes on his personality. The Gamecocks aren't just winning these games -- they're destroying the opposition in the second half, knocking out more decorated and higher-ranked teams.
With South Carolina authoring a true Cinderella run and hitting the Final Four for the first time in program history, the crack staff at asked me to forecast a Cinderella team for the 2017 NFL season. Which pro football squad can be a mirror image of this Gamecocks basketball team?
So, you need a team that didn't make the playoffs last season. (I actually had to jog the mental rolodex and remember whether or not the Lions hit the postseason, but I digress.) You need a team with little history, a team with a hard-nosed coach whom the nation is ready to appreciate. You need an underdog team America can get behind and cheer for.
Ladies and gentlemen, meet your 2017 NFL Cinderella, the Jacksonville Jaguars.
See, I don't even know yet if I'm picking Jacksonville to make the playoffs. But that's the point. Even just a few weeks ago, who in their right mind envisioned South Carolina competing for a national title -- in basketball? You can't be Cinderella if everyone assumes you'll be the belle of the ball. And let's be honest: Jacksonville has some serious questions heading into the 2017 campaign. Allow me to address those right off the bat.
First of all, many folks expected a breakthrough performance by the Jaguars last season. And they disappointed in a major way, going 3-13 and finishing deep in the AFC South cellar. But let's take a closer look at that 3-13 for a second. JacksonvilleWillie Roaf Authentic Jersey wasn't getting blown off the field. The Jaguars lost eight games by seven points or fewer. And Jacksonville's most impressive win -- a 38-17 pasting of the Titans in Week 16 -- came in Doug Marrone's first game as the interim coach, replacing the fired Gus Bradley. In related news: Marrone earned the permanent gig and will be leading the Jags in 2017. This is no small thing. As I said a few weeks ago, Gus Bradley is a nice guy ... but a terrible head coach. Marrone is a large upgrade. And now that he has Tom Coughlin running the front office? Yeah, I think Jacksonville's pointed in the right direction.
OK, let's address the elephant in the room -- or, shall I say, the elephant under center. Blake Bortles has this problem. It's throwing the forward pass. But I do know that Marrone believes in the former No. 3 overall pick. And with Marrone running the show for the final two games of last season, Bortles did look pretty good, completing 66 percent of his passes for 626 yards, two touchdowns and zero picks -- good enough for a 99.8 quarterback rating. I think it's set up for Bortles to be ... good? Solid in the first half (unlike last year)? Improved? I'm Ron Burgundy?
For real, though: Bortles has talent around him -- like my guy Allen Robinson. And Robinson isn't alone in that receiving corps: Allen Hurns is one year removed from a 1,000-yard campaign, while Marqise Lee took a big step forward last season. And speaking of the passing game, you gotta protect the quarterback. Bortles has been sacked a whopping 140 times in three pro seasons. Well, Jacksonville went out and upgraded his blind-side protection with the trade for Branden Albert. In the backfield, the Jags have a pair of bruisers in Chris Ivory and T.J. Yeldon. Truth be told, though, I would love to see them add talent in next month's draft, which is filled with strong runners. How much of a boost could Leonard Fournette provide to this offense?
And did I mention Marrone?
Before this year's NCAA tournament, Frank Martin didn't exactly make people feel all warm and fuzzy. But he already won March with his brilliance and aplomb. (Oh, and that fabulous exchange with the young Sports Illustrated for Kids reporter didn't hurt.) Martin's personality wasn't always viewed as a positive when he wasn't winning.
In a similar vein, Marrone is one tough son of a gun. He isn't in this business to make friends. But from my own personal interactions with the coach, I think he is a great guy. And I would encourage him to show that side to the public -- like Martin has -- when applicable.
These Jaguars are going to be tough and disciplined and well-coached. Like the Gamecocks. Marrone and Coughlin will add the attitude and toughness that's been missing in Jacksonville for quite some time.
So will the great Calais Campbell, who was a fantastic leader and player in Arizona. Campbell will hold this team accountable. And his overpowering, versatile game will give the defense a new dimension up front. I also loved the free-agent signing of A.J. Bouye. With Bouye and second-year stud Jalen Ramsey, the Jaguars now have one of the better cornerback tandems in the NFL. Honestly, this defense is loaded with talent at every level. Myles Jack and Dante Fowler Jr. haven't even scratched the surface yet. Last season, Jacksonville ranked sixth in total defense ... but 25th in scoring D. Thinkin' the latter ranking will come a lot closer to the former in 2017.
Budding talent ready to shine. A hard-nosed coach poised to earn your affection. Commitment to defense and toughness. Sound like a team ready to shock the football world?

The guard has changed in Bassmaster.
The young are in charge, and the old stars are fading.
It seems strange to call people like Kevin VanDam and Mike Iaconelli old. They're young in terms of age, but they are grizzled veteransTodd Davis Womens Jersey in the downward arcs of their career trajectories.
Iaconelli, who won the Bassmaster Classic 14 years ago, made the top five of the Bassmaster Classic at Lake Conroe. Had he won, he said he would have announced his retirement from the weigh-in stage. He almost did anyway, but he said he "chickened out."
I wondered if he were joking when he said that at the Classic's final news conference, but he said it privately to a senior Bassmaster writer, as well.
In 2005, when I became outdoors editor of this newspaper, the first tournament I covered was a Bassmaster Elite 50 tournament at Lake Dardanelle. The E50s predated the Elite Series, which is considered the sport's modern era. At that time, Iaconelli was the most exciting and most controversial angler in the history of the sport. He's from Philadelphia, a fast-talking, hyper-emotional, temperamental, often profane breakdancer, skateboarder and graffiti artist with tattoos on much of his body.
During that tournament I wrote that depending on one's age, Iaconelli was either the best or worst thing to ever happen to professional fishing. "He is neither," I wrote. "He is merely the latest big thing."
He hasn't been for awhile, but he has aged gracefully and is now one of the sport's elder statesmen. He is still the most compelling interview and the most generous and accommodating to fans and media, but he's ready to move on to the next phase of his life.
VanDam, not so much. He missed the Classic two years ago, which seemed unthinkable. He no longer instills the fear and awe that he did in 2013-14 when he won his third and fourth Classics back to back, and it eats at him.
During the final weigh-in Sunday at Houston'sChuck Howley Youth Jersey Minute Maid Park, VanDam sounded fragile and vulnerable as he talked about how much he still wants to win, and how important the competition is to him.
"It sounds like he's trying to convince himself," I said to another media member.
Another thing. People call him by his name again, VanDam. He's not "KVD" anymore.
VanDam won four Classics and seven Angler-of-The-Year titles because he is an exceptional fisherman, but what set him apart from everyone else was his intensity and single-minded will to win.
If your intensity slips just a little in any vocation, you're in the pack and not in front of it. A lot of hungry young wolves are ready to take your place. VanDam -- KVD -- is still the one to beat because he is the greatest angler of our time, but there's a lot more greatness behind him than in front of him.
Jordan Lee, 25, won the Classic on Sunday. One event doesn't define a trend or a movement, but Lee has already competed in three Classics. He has finished fifth and first.
In 41 tournaments, he's finished 14 times in the top 10, 20 times in the top 20 and 26 times in the top 30. He's finished in the money 33 times. That is the definition of consistency.
In just four years on the Elite Series Tour, James Elam, 31, of Tulsa, has been in two Classics. He finished fourth at Lake Conroe.
It's also noteworthy that Lee and Elam came up through the Bassmaster College Series.
The college series will be an increasingly prominent pipeline for young anglers to reach the professional ranks because it provides the structure and discipline that's necessary for success in the pros. It also provides equipment that many college students can't afford on their own.
Bradley Roy, 26, finished seventh at Lake Conroe in his first Classic. Roy graduated from high school a semester early in 2009 so he could fish a Bassmaster Southern Open tournament in early 2010. He qualified for the Elite Series and was the 2010 Elite Series Rookie of the Year. He's also one of most social media savvy anglers in the sport.
Sports fans don't take well to change. I cried http://www.authenticnflraidersshop....michael-crabtree-jersey-c-2_55.html when Bob Lilly, Chuck Howley and Lee Roy Jordan retired from the Dallas Cowboys. Find them on YouTube if you don't know they are. They broke my pre-teen, blue star loving heart.
New stars replaced them that were as much or more fun to watch.
A new generation has taken over the Bassmaster Elite Series. Embrace them. Enjoy them. Someday, one of them -- maybe Jordan Lee -- will accomplish as much or more than KVD.

NEW ORLEANS -- Drew Brees keepsJerry Rice Womens Jersey insisting that he isn't worried about a contract extension, even though he is heading into the final year of his current deal.
And the 38-year-old quarterback also understands that the New Orleans Saints need to be "prepared" for a future without him at some point.
But Brees isn't ready to recommend that they use one of their two first-round draft picks on his successor just yet.
"I'm trying to put the [contract] conversation to bed just by saying ... we can worry about it at the end of the year. I think that's what's in the best interest of the team. It's what's in my best interest. It's in the best interest of everybody," said Brees, who has also insisted many times that it wouldn't change his mindset if the team used a high draft pick on a quarterback.
However, when Brees was asked whether he would draft a quarterback if he were the general manager of a team with a veteran starter like himself, he said, "The flip side is if I'm gonna start and that quarterback sits, well that's not helping our team right now [to draft a QB]. So I want somebody that's gonna help our team right now. That's the only difference."
"Listen, when I leave here I want this organization to be successful, whenever that is. So I want them to be prepared for that. They need to be thinking about that. But I don't want to make it seem like this is my farewell tour. That's not the way I view it. I'm just trying to stress the sense of urgency here," said Brees, who was speaking at a community event in New Orleans, in which he joined Habitat for Humanity and Marriott to build a home for a local family.
"We're so focused on this year, just being in the moment, not thinking about anything beyond this and taking every other year as it comes. But also we're building something here -- we are building something. I feel like we have a window of opportunity."
Brees reiterated that he believes he is capable of Stephon Tuitt Jersey playing until he is 45 years old -- insisting that he was the first one to make that claim before it became a popular topic recently with Tom Brady. (Both quarterbacks have made similar comments for the past several years, though Brees did talk at length about it in the summer of 2014.)
"For the record, I was the first to say that I could play till I was 45, and that was three years ago prior to training camp. Am I right?" Brees said. "I said it just to make the point that I feel great and I love my routine, and every offseason I evaluate where I'm at, I assess what I need to do to get better, the areas I think I can tweak, things I might want to experiment with. There's more and more information we're able to get as far as diet and nutrition and training habits, recovery, all those things. ... And I feel like I can play till 45 if I wanted to do that.
"Now I want to go out on my terms. I might play till I'm 45, but I'm not gonna sit here and sell you something that I don't know to be the case. I just want to play at a high level. I want to help us win a championship.'
Brees also put on his GM hat when he was asked to assess the Saints' trade of receiver Brandin Cooks, who had more than 1,100 receiving yards in each of the past two years.
Brees said he "hates to lose" guys like Cooks and that, "I love Brandin." But he also said he understands the reasoning behind moves like that and the 2015 trade of Jimmy Graham, as the Saints feel like they can use assets to help the defense and offensive line.
"I was aware that there were offers out there for [Cooks], and that that was a possibility," Brees said. "There's a value that's given to a player based on how the rest of the league views you, and if all of a sudden that value gets to a [certain] point ... well, then moves are made.
"Going back to the Jimmy Graham trade, I hate to lose Jimmy, but what did we get out of that? Well, we got Max Unger, and I love Max Unger, and I think he's going to be a mainstay on our offensive line and a leader for that group for a long time, and [we got] a first-round pick out of that deal.
"So while I'd love to keep all of my toys, all of my guys, I also understand that this is the nature of the business and how you finagle things to go out and acquire more talent."

It's Canberra's birthday this week so what better way Mel Blount Authentic Jersey to celebrate than with a wine of its own.
Winemaker Nick O'Leary and Local Liquor have teamed up to create Canberra its own wine - a shiraz.
"Local Liquor approached me to make a shiraz for them and I sourced the shiraz from local growers that I've been working with for the last 10 years to make them the wine," O'Leary said.
"It's typical of the Canberra region, it's medium-bodied, it's very peppery and spicy and it's pretty much the quality that can be drunk now or cellared."
They put it to the public to name the drop, asking, "If Canberra was a bottle of wine, what would you call it?".
The winning name is Walt 'n' Marion, a nod to the city's designers Walter Burley Griffin and wife Marion Mahoney Griffin, and the winning entry came from local Bernie Yates.
Walt 'n' Marion is available to buy from all Local Liquor stores across the ACT and New South Wales - but there's only 6000 bottles so get in quick.

This item is part of a series on theTrevor Siemian Authentic Jersey positions the 49ers will look to fill in the upcoming draft and the players that are the best fits at those spots. Today's position:
Nose tackle or 1 technique
Description: This player can lineup directly across from the center or "tilted" off the center to the tight-end side of the field. The player has to be big and strong, but perhaps not as big as the Vince Wilfork archetype at the position. The Seahawks, for Emmitt Smith Authentic Jersey example, have gotten away with having lesser-known players at this position while saving their star power for other spots in the defense. The nose tackle has to be able to hold his ground on double teams, especially against the run. The player likely will come off the field on obvious passing downs, meaning that the 49ers probably won't use a high pick on the position.
Who's there now: The 49ers outbid three other teams to land 310-pound free agent Earl Mitchell, who is the presumed frontrunner at this spot. Mitchell never has played in this specific defense, though he is familiar to defensive coordinator Robert Saleh and defensive line coach Jeff Zgonina from their time with the Texans. Quinton Dial probably would rather play one of the other defensive line spots, but he is an option here having played nose tackle in the past. So are Mike Purcell and perhaps Chris Jones. The 49ers' terrible 2016 defense improved a bit when Glenn Dorsey returned to the lineup as nose tackle: Dorsey remains a free agent and likely will not sign with another team until at least after the draft.
Need level: 4.3
Perfect fit: Eddie Vanderdoes, UCLA. Vanderdoes is very powerful and, as he's dropped weight in recent months, has regained the athleticism he http://www.authenticnflraidersshop....layers-tj-carrie-jersey-c-2_48.html lost when a 2015 knee injury caused him to get as high as 345 pounds. Others: Dalvin Tomlinson, Alabama; Larry Ogunjobi, UNC-Charlotte; Elijah Qualls, Washington.
